About Circles
Circles are small, intimate groups within a Collective that bring members together around a shared focus — whether that's a specific topic, project, or time of day that works for your schedule. Think of a Collective as your community, and a Circle as your crew. Each Circle meets regularly, giving you a consistent space to go deeper, build real relationships, and stay accountable with a group that gets it.

Women's Entrepreneurship & Mentorship: Meets the second Tuesday of each month at noon. Capped at a small number of participants to keep conversations meaningful and intimate. Currently full.

Abby Gaffron is the founder of Juniper Coaching and a neuro-somatic transformation coach. Her background in business operations, somatics, and psychology supports leaders, entrepreneurs and anyone looking to make a lasting impact. With 25+ years of small business experience and a BA from Naropa University in Contemplative Psychology, Abby brings operational clarity, psychological insight, and embodied healing to her work.

Sarah Zappe is an educational psychologist and engineering education leader at Penn State. She is the founder of Kaleidoscope PA, an art and wellness initiative creating welcoming spaces for people to reconnect through creative practice. She is passionate about helping people rediscover creativity as a source of resilience, joy, and meaningful change.
