Gather in Gratitude

Join the Wellness Collective for an evening of food, connection and reflection before the holiday season begins. Bring a dish or beverage to share if you're able, and settle in for a cozy potluck dinner.

Together we'll explore how gratitude supports our overall well-being and share stories about the people who have made a lasting difference in our lives. Expressing thankfulness is a powerful, science-backed wellness practice: it helps shift brain chemistry, calms the nervous system and promotes positive well-being.

This evening is also the official launch of a broader gratitude initiative spreading across Centre County: our community ripple of gratitude.
