About the event

An engaging, one-hour conversation about two essential — and often overlooked — areas of women's health: bone strength and cardiovascular wellness in midlife and menopause.

The hormonal changes of perimenopause and menopause affect both bone density and heart health, sometimes long before there are noticeable symptoms. In this small-group setting, two knowledgeable professors will share practical, evidence-based information to help you understand what's changing, recognize your own risk factors, and see why prevention and early action matter so much.

The format is deliberately intimate. Expect an open conversation, not a lecture — and the chance to ask your questions directly.

You'll leave better informed, more confident, and ready to have a more specific conversation with your own healthcare providers about protecting your bones and your heart for the decades ahead.
