About the event
As summer begins its gentle transition toward fall, give yourself permission to simply be. The Art of Being Carried invites women to soften their grip, release the pressure of perfection, and reconnect with the joy that exists beyond striving.
Guided by the rhythm of the water, the sounds of nature, and the warmth of the season, this meditation experience offers space for deeper relaxation and inward connection. Participants may join from the water on their own flotation device or remain on shore with a towel or chair. No floating experience is required.
Wear water-friendly clothing if you plan to float, and bring a towel and optional change of clothes. You may also bring a journal for reflection after the practice. The event is free and open to adult women.
